The copyright in the underlying video and its captions remains with the original creator or rights holder. UTubeToolkit does not claim any ownership over extracted transcripts. Your use of any extracted transcript must comply with the applicable copyright laws and with YouTube's Terms of Service.
4.2 UTubeToolkit content
The UTubeToolkit website, logo, branding, design, and source code are the property of UTubeToolkit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Extracted transcripts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Transcript accuracy depends entirely on the caption quality provided by YouTube and its auto-captioning system.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UTubeToolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
